Share a Resource

ArtisanWork users are invited to contribute resources that you have found useful so they can be used by others. Share success stories, challenges you have faced and the solutions you have found. Examples of resources to share include links to useful sites on the web; documents, presentations, or manuals; or an account of a unique solution you found to a common problem. Be sure your resources are relevant to small artisan and craft organizations.

How to share a resource

You must be a registered user of the site to post a resource and be logged in.

To share a resource, go to the Share a Resource Forum and click on "Post New Forum Topic" (make sure you are logged in). Then fill out the form that appears. Please provide a title that clearly identifies the topic of the resource you are sharing and be sure to provide a short description of any document you upload. Alternately, you can click here and fill out the contact form.  The ArtisanWork moderator will receive your request to post a resource and will review contributions for their relevance.

Users may only contribute copyrighted material for which they have the right or permission to distribute electronically. By uploading documents, you are acknowledging your understanding of the use and limits of posting copyrighted material. An alternative way of sharing a resource is to provide a brief summary and then the link to the original source on the web. Even when a document is in the public domain or only a small portion is being reproduced, it is a professional courtesy to cite the original source.
